  1. Visit https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice/stateSelection.do, the official website of Parivahan, to apply for an MCWG driving license
  2. Select the ‘State’ from the available options
  3. Now, click the ‘Apply for Driving License’ option
  4. Click ‘Continue’ to proceed further
  5. Enter the driving license number of your learner’s license and your DOB or date of birth
  6. Proceed ahead by pressing ‘OK’
  7. The details of your learner’s license are verified
  8. In the next step, verify your details like name, address, etc.
  9. Now, choose the type of license and hit the ‘Submit’ button
  10. Upload the relevant documents like age, address, and ID proof, as well as your Learner’s license. Next, select ‘Proceed’ to submit the documents
  11. Next, pay the fee as applicable through the various online payment methods available
  12. Now, book the test by selecting your date and time slot
  13. Attend the test on the agreed day at the designated test center.
  14. Once you are successful at the test, you will be provided with the MCWG driving license
